Why Is My Dvd Grainy In My Blu Ray Player

Christmas in NYC! (Part Four) ... that is: put a birthday in NYC!

As in our previous visit we were already in all major museums and we have got to give space to those which are priorities in a first visit to Big Apple, we can dedicate ourselves to areas (so to speak) secondary. In particular, we want to wander around the borough of Brooklyn since both guides in magazines that talk about it very, very well ... and we go to check.
We wanted a change for breakfast this morning and so we throw ourselves into one of the many shops Dunkin 'Donuts , famous for his legendary donuts.
These are not tourist shops, Americans love to have breakfast at these places and if you sit at a table watching the people doing the line, one can imagine a bit 'the life of each of them, and how the cart of hot dogs on the street, you can find the person in a suit that is going to the office, the worker, the manager, well, a bit 'of everything. And it is beautiful. Taken
a hot drink (coffee or cappuccino to call it seems to me far too, although with time I'm getting used to ...), take the metro to get off at Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall.

Le viste sul Manhattan bridge, su Manhattan e sulla statua della libertà ci reward for early rising and the cold that we are suffering.

Let
to Brooklyn Heights for a stroll and enjoy a nice view.

For

can rest a bit, 'in Brooklyn, for two gluttons like us, was worth a pause to Jaques Torres. Here we refreshed them with a hot chocolate and cookies ... chocolate, needless to say.

Also continuing on Water Street, we come to the park which is located between two famous bridges, the Brooklyn and Manhattan.

After a brief tour of the nearby Dumbo neighborhood, back through the Heights to the shopping street, Montague Street. Brooklyn is in fact a very quiet residential area, most shops are concentrated on Montague Street. The entire walk to the square where there is the Supreme Court where he keeps a good food market. From here take the metro to go back to Manhattan. We also would like a ride in Prospect Park, Central Park in Brooklyn, which is definitely worth a visit, but will next time!

We have wanted to go eat at a restaurant, or better Deli say, the best known in NYC: Katz's delicatissen , between Houston and Ludlow. Perhaps more to this place will not say anything, but certainly remember the most famous scene from the film When Harry Met Sally . That scene was filmed here. And in fact the famous round table is a sign with an arrow indicating the table. It 'just after noon, but the place is crowded, especially locals. Take your ticket which will be noted on our order (not to be missed otherwise you pay $ 50, the limit must be delivered in blank). Wonder what the house specialty and I am advised the pastrami sandwich . Anna Louise meanwhile is another row and as soon as we get our food, incredibly is free from all, and that table and then throws us to pick and eat our meal, pretending to be Harry and Sally. Already deserve this just for the room, but the pastrami sandwiches is something absolutely fantastic! So much so that I doubt that, having I also ordered "the one who took the young lady," that Sally was not a simulation ...

To dispose of a little ', we get en route to another destination for the cult two food lovers like us: Dean & DeLuca , unmissable destination for gourmets. The pictures are not allowed inside, but sometimes your finger slips ...

The Moon in the middle of the bridge makes it all romantic and magical.

We spent maybe a bit 'longer than expected, so we run to the subway We must prepare ourselves for the evening. Today (Dec. 21 last for the reader) it is the birthday of Anna Louise and I booked at the River Café in Brooklyn. The reservation is a must here, as the jacket for men. The restaurant is located under the Brooklyn Bridge and from here, during and after dinner, you can admire one of the most beautiful in the world! Out of freezes, but some shots is right!

before freezing and call a taxi back to the hotel. In fact, tomorrow is the last day of travel, the day was intense and there is need to rest. Day unforgettable.
