How To Accessorize A Red Gown

"Panettone pandoro ?"... or virtually "To be or not to be?"

take away a curiosity, but you prefer the Pandora or the cake? Of course I said so many of you will counter by saying that there are pandori and pandori and panettone and panettone. There are the posts for Industrial and craft, and the difference is abysmal, and the same goes for pandori. Then there are the stuffed versions, such as a pastry chef to prepare a Castellammare cake with Nutella (or rather, a jar of Nutella covered cake), which is absolutely a pleasure. But it happens sometimes to buy a cake too, or to receive a gift when now you have already eaten so many to send to tilt the balance. And then I need to think about how to use the cake in question and make a recipe that is good because this should be the starting point of any recipe, but also beautiful. And since when the going gets tough, the tough start to play, it's time the recipe for the leftovers of the (st) reindeer ... and with this introduction, which lacks only Clark Kent turns into Superman, you step recipe for today ;-)

skewers for 2 cake

skewers Ingredients:
a thick slice of panettone, cut into rectangle
250 g of dark chocolate
50 g hazelnuts 50 g
chopped pistachio

Cut the slice of cake to get 6 cubes. Melt in the microwave 2 / 3 of the chocolate, making sure to use a medium power and stir the chocolate every 30 seconds, until it is completely melted. Then add the remaining chocolate and mix. In this way a sort of quick temper. Dip cubes of cake into the chocolate one at a time and pass two in the hazelnuts and pistachios to the one in two, leaving the two remaining natural.
Place a cube type in a wooden skewer and serve, perhaps as an accompaniment to a hot chocolate.

Please do not miss the next episode of Step (st) reindeer tomorrow with our amazing Stefania .... you say, I'm watching too much television these days? :-DDD
